Shipping Policy
The majority of our artworks are shipped through DHL or FEDEX (Express), two of the world’s largest express delivery companies.
The sale price of each artwork, which appears next to the artwork, does not include shipping fees. The shipping costs depend on the type of artwork, its dimensions, its weight, its place of delivery, and its price and are displayed in the order summary.
Please note that as all artworks are handmade per order, your order will be ready for shipping within 40 business days from the time of order confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking code when your order has been shipped.
Shipping via DHL/FEDEX will take between 3-7 business days to most countries depending on destination. Please note the following:
- Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to delays depending on customs inspections.
- All purchases delivered outside of Israel may carry additional cost including handling charges, import duties, taxes or other customs related charges.
- Import duties, taxes or other customs charges will be collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
- Shipping costs will appear on the checkout page before payment and are dependent on the total size, weight and destination of the order.
- Returns are by your local mail service. It is recommended to require warranty and insurance at the time of delivery. Please email us the shipping documents and we will confirm via email upon arrival.
- Shipping and delivery costs in Israel are free of charge.
- Shipping costs for orders over 10,000 USD are free of charge.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you wish to return your order (all or part of the order), you will have 14 days from the time of receipt to return the item. Before returning the item, please send us an email with your name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned.
If an order is received damaged, or incorrect (accepted complaint), please contact customer service at info@pasalart.com no later than three days from the time you receive your order.
You will then receive an email with detailed info on how to return the product.
The product must be returned unused, with the original packaging and in perfect condition.
All shipping costs (including full delivery and return shipping costs) are covered by you unless the return is due to an accepted complaint.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. As soon as we have received your returned package, we will transfer the amount of purchase to the same account as used during purchase.
